At Melixy, your satisfaction is important to us. Because each order is processed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color, or preference.
✔ Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed by the warehouse.
Once your order begins processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
✔ Damaged / Wrong Item Guarantee
If you receive a product that is:

We will gladly send a free replacement.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
This helps us file a claim with our fulfillment partner.
✔ Returns
Because items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
